'WatchOut' messages are primarily intended for 'Group Co-ordinators'

Idealy a 'Group Co-ordinator' will pass a messages on to 10 houses.

If there are more than 10 houses in your road then try and get someone further up
the road to be a 'Group Co-ordinator'   and so on,
until everyone in your road is receiving 'WatchOut' messages.

The next stage is to put up Neighbourhood Watch signs at all entrances to your road and stickers on your front doors.

Now your street can be said to be part of an

Visible and Active Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.
